We did this for the first time last night, and we think we’ll continue to do this. We wrote down our to-do list for the next morning. We know it doesn’t sound extraordinary or anything, but it was!
As we got ready for bed, we realized we didn’t have any weight on our minds, we felt at peace!
We actually didn’t think or worry about what we were going to do the next day, all night. Our minds didn’t race, and we slept well. We can’t remember the last time that happened. 🙂
When we woke up this morning, we were still at peace. We knew what were supposed to do, and we didn’t feel rushed. We felt like we would get everything done without stressing over it. What a great feeling!
